 Yep it's a browser. I have a quick try and it browses the web nice and quick, a little bit snappier than firefox. But no linux version as yet so I probably won't be using it. It does have a lot of new and interesting ideas in it's design but I don't know if that is going to be enough for most people. - John Cooper
